May 9, 2019

   6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

    Topic:  “PM’ing with Agile Teams”

Presenter:  Leslie Lowman, Senior Agile Release Manager of AvidXchange, Inc.

Come join us at our new location to discuss how traditional Project Managers work with Agile teams. We will take a high level look at what an Agile team is, how they work, and the shift from project teams. The metrics that Agile teams use and how they track their progress is slightly different – let’s spend some time talking about those metrics and how you can use them to watch the health of your project. Hope to see you there

Leslie Lowman, after spending a number of years as an Agile coach and trainer with various organizations, is currently working for AvidXchange. Leslie has a background steeped in Agile. She is known for her training and coaching skills in all things Agile – including various methodologies and frameworks. Leslie comes from a technical background and can relate to a variety of skillsets and personalities, including individual contributors and executives alike. She has a knack for helping organizations, and their leaders, transition from a traditional model to an Agile one. Leslie’s focus is on continuous improvement and helping others to see the value in doing the same. She continues to help many teams, and organizations, understand the value in being more Agile and how to shift their mindset to do so.

Meeting will start at 6:30pm so please arrive 15 minutes prior. There is plenty of free parking at SpringHill Suites.
