Learn how to maximize your individual and group productivity by harnessing and implementing the power of Organizational Personality Types.

We've all taken the Meyers-Briggs personality assessment at one point in our careers and figured out our official personality type. This is supposed to inform us about any number of things- compatible careers or relationship karma. There's no denying that we each have distinct personalities that dictate the way we interact with the world around us. But what about Organizational Personalities? Is it possible that we also have a personality type (or individual style) related to the fundamentals of processing information and systems?

Through this workshop you will discover your unique Organizational Personality Type and what it means for the way you should be:

·         processing information

·         managing projects

·         setting up systems

You will learn key points to maximize your productivity- even when working in environments that are not ideal for your type. And discover how to identify the various organizational types in your team members and employees, and learn how you can implement these strategies to increase productivity.
