TOPIC: Change And The Power Of Your Presence

SPEAKER: Le Nette Rutledge

Le Nette is a learning & development Sr. consultant within talent development & organization effectiveness (TDOE). She facilitates courses/programs and providing leadership coaching that reinforces the vision and values of the company for team members across all levels of the organization.

Le Nette joined Wells Fargo in 2009. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Le Nette served as a leader of learning teams for Fortune 100/500 companies to include QVC, Inc; Lowe’s Companies, Inc. and Family Dollar Stores, Inc.

Le Nette holds a B.A. in political science from Norfolk State University in Norfolk VA and has begun work on a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She holds Lean Six-Sigma green belt, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and various coaching certifications.

Le Nette is a volunteer at the Brian Center-a nursing and rehabilitation facility in Gastonia NC. She also enjoys watching people fall out of the rafts/canoes while running hiking trails at the Whitewater Olympic Center.

Le Nette will share with us how the 3Ps are incorporated in Change Reaction, Team Formation, Situational Leadership and how Project Management effectiveness is impacted by dynamics of these well-known models.

When it’s all said and done, you’ll be equipped to further maximize your efficiency in because the insight gained about the interpersonal dynamics that connect “The Power of Your Presence” and Project Management.

Community Chapter Meeting 

As a means of helping chapter and local community members who are certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) satisfy the continuing education requirements for re-certification, PMI Metrolina Chapter arranges its monthly meeting schedule to allow a 1 hour PDU training session to be incorporated into its normal meeting.

Topics presented during these sessions are designed to not only satisfy the PDU requirement for re-certifying as a PMP, but to also provide wide appeal to people involved in project management regardless of whether or not they are certified PMPs. The 1-hour sessions meet the educational requirements to qualify for 1 PDU credits for maintaining PMP® certification or to meet the requirement for attending 35 hours of formal project management education prior to applying to sit for the PMP® exam.

The sessions are open to all.
